"Micronesian Blues": New TV Series Set in Micronesia to Star Patrick Dempsey
/"Micronesian Blues", the amazing stories of "police specialist" Brian Vila during TTPI times is being considered to be turned into a TV show starring Patrick Dempsey.
Initial air date is 2017. It has been picked up by Cinemax, a premium television network. The writer is Jonathan Tropper, known for such shows as Banshee, which is also on Cinemax. Director Greg Yaitanes of the TV show "House" is also attached to the project.
Synopsis:
"A burned-out L.A. cop takes a teaching job in Micronesia where he gets caught up in a local gang war involving mercenaries and shady CIA agents."
