TFB provides various services subject to the following Terms of Use. TFB reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use without advance notice. User should review these Terms of Use every time they access any Fourth Branch sites to stay current of any alterations of the TOU. The terms of use dated upon user’s registration will be effective on that date. The public is more than welcome to view all works on The Fourth Branch website. If you intend on submitting your personal works or adding content to the site please continue reading carefully.
Contents existing in the "People's Report" page are generated by the public and do not necessarily reflect the views of The Fourth Branch (TFB). Contents posted there are screened for obscenities and violations to our Mission. If you feel that a material does not belong on that page or if you'd like to contribute or suggest a work to that page, please contact us. Thank you.
Submitting content to the Fourth Branch is intended for individuals of 18 years or older. If you are under 18, please refrain from submitting content to the Fourth Branch. By using TFB you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older which forms a binding contract between you and The Fourth Branch.
By submitting material, user acknowledges and permits the reproduction and modification of submitted materials in whole or in parts in combination with composites of other materials in such ways as texts, data, photographs, illustrations, animations, video, audio and other forms of editing now known or to become known hereafter. All submitted works are subject to alterations, changes or complete removal at all times once submitted to The Fourth Branch.
User agrees that The Fourth Branch does not need to explain any alterations or removals of contents.
All submitted works modified or not will rightfully belong to The Fourth Branch. User permits the use of user’s name, whether in full or in modified form in connection with their submitted materials. User permits The Fourth Branch the unrestricted rights to display, exhibit, perform, distribute, transmit or broadcast user submitted works by any means now known or to become known hereafter.
By submitting materials, User agrees that The Fourth Branch is free to use or disregard all submitted works and is under no obligation to use or display user generated materials. User also understands and accepts that they will not receive payment of any sort, other than the recognition of user’s work and those affiliated. If member wishes to remain anonymous, that is also an option under the "upload file" feature or upon request.
The user acknowledges that they have full legal rights and ownership of their submitted materials and grants The Fourth Branch permission to use generated materials as described in this TOU. All user submitted works should not violate the rights of any persons, groups, organizations, or other entities. If user materials do, then user should not submit those works to The Fourth Branch.
Although The Fourth Branch administrators monitor contents, some materials may elude their detection. In such cases, if any materials submitted to the Fourth Branch violate the rights of any individuals, The Fourth Branch is not responsible for those materials. Users who spot these violations should report them to the Fourth Branch administrators.
User agrees that by using the Fourth Branch they do not enter an employment agreement nor do they become a Fourth Branch Administrator.
If user does not abide by these Terms of Use, user account can be terminated.
All other queries and complications can be dealt with the express majority consent of acting administrators.

TFB allows visitors to create accounts to become members of the Fourth Branch. Becoming a member allows visitors to subscribe to site updates via emails and other notifications. Members can also be identified on the site when commenting or submitting contents.
